Actor says she would 'love to do a musical soon' after being inspired by Rocky Horror Show scenes in her recent Hollywood film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has developed a taste for musical theatre after performing numbers from The Rocky Horror Show in her latest film.

"I love musical theatre, so I would love to do a musical soon," she told the Sunday Telegraph, raising the possibility of her following co-star Daniel Radcliffe into the genre. Radcliffe received four major award nominations for his performance in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying on Broadway last year.

In The Perks of Being a Wallflower, her first film since the Harry Potter series, Watson plays an awkward student who bonds with friends over Richard O'Brien's famous musical, which originated at the tiny Royal Court Upstairs studio in 1973.
