L'abbandono di Rupert Wyatt alla regia del sequel de L'alba del pianeta delle scimmie, ha costretto la Twentieth Century Fox alla ricerca di un nuovo regista. Ora Deadline rivela i nomi dei registi in lizza per la regia del nuovo film: J Blakeson (La scomparsa di Alice Creed), Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 settimane dopo), Jeff Nichols (Take Shelter), Juan Antonio Bayona (The Orphanage), Rian Johnson (Looper), Guillermo Del Toro (Hellboy) e Matt Reeves (Cloverfield). Di questi sembrerebbe che Reeves abbia più probabilità di ottenere l'incarico (ha appena lasciato la produzione di The Twilight Zone). Vi terremo aggiornati a riguardo. »
