Una storia incredibilmente vera che ricorda i migliori thriller degli anni ‘70, girata alla grande da un Ben Affleck sempre più convicente dietro la macchina da presa...
Siamo a tre. Ormai non si può più avere dubbi, Ben Affleck è un ottimo regista, non perfetto, ma sicuramente uno di quelli che se non avesse avuto anche una carriera da attore (e un Oscar da sceneggiatore per Will Hunting) sarebbe stato al centro di meno pregiudizi.
Dopo Gone, Baby Gone e The Town, ecco un altro progetto solido, capace di raccontare una storia drammatica senza perdere di vista l’intrattenimento. Storia vera, siamo a Teheran nel 1979, è il giorno del celebre attacco all’ambasciata americana, degli ostaggi e di un gruppo di sei fuggitivi che riesce a scappare prima che qualcuno si accora di loro.
