Chi si aspettava un L'incredibile Hulk 2 a sorpresa, prima dell'uscita di The Avengers 2, rimarrà deluso. Il presidente dei Marvel Studios Kevin Feige ha confermato che se ci sarà un sequel non uscirà prima del 2016: "Penso che Hulk possa essere il protagonista di un film e possa essere divertente come lo era in The Avengers? Si, lo credo. Credo che possa. Ma non lo faremo prima di The Avengers 2. Quindi ci sarà molto tempo per pensarci". Feige spiega di aver apprezzato Planet Hulk e World War Hulk come storie a fumetto ma che "tutto è ancora da decidere". »
