Il prossimo 25 ottobre, Halloween di John Carpenter tornerà al cinema; vi segnaliamo il trailer di questa re-release, ora disponibile online. Il film si ripresenterà in HD e con audio 5.1, in proiezione nelle sale statunitensi fino al 31 ottobre. L'evento includerà anche un documentario esclusivo di Justin Beahm dal titolo You Can't Kill the Boogeyman: 35 Years of Halloween, incentrato sull'innegabile impatto che la pellicola, e la figura di Michael Myers, hanno avuto sulla cultura e in particolare sul genere.Uscito in Italia come Halloween - La notte delle streghe nel 1978, il film è diretto da Carpenter e interpretato da Donald Pleasence e una giovanissima Jamie Lee Curtis. Scritto dal regista (autore anche delle musiche) con Debra Hill fu girato in tre settimane, costando 300.000 dollari. »
