Scarlett Johansson is returning to Broadway in a revival of Tennessee Williams' "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof." TheWrap.com reports that "The Avengers" actress will star as Maggie the Cat opposite Benjamin Walker ("Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter"), who plays Maggie's repressed gay husband, Brick.

Johansson previously appeared on Broadway in the 2010 revival of Arthur Miller's "A View From a Bridge," winning her a Tony Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Play.

Joining Johansson and Walker in the "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" are Ciarán Hinds and Tony Award-winning actress Debra Monk. Tony Award winning director-choreographer Rob Ashford, who staged "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" with Daniel Radcliffe, will direct. The play opens Jan. 17. »
