As News Corp. continues to deal with the fallout from the phone-hacking scandal, the company is struggling to battle back the resulting shareholder lawsuits. On Tuesday, a federal judge in New York refused News Corp.'s request to stay suits brought by several shareholders, including the Iron Workers Mid-South Pension Fund.
