Led Zeppelin have announced plans for a cinema release of their 2007 reunion gig. Celebration Day will feature footage from the legendary band's gig held for the late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. The film will be shown at 1,500 cinemas around the world from October 17, followed by a DVD release on November 19. The gig was staged at London's O2 Arena, and featured founding members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, with Jason Bonham, the son of late drummer John Bonham. Around 20 million people had applied for tickets for the December 2007 show, which was their first headline gig for 27 years. Led Zeppelin had previously posted a teaser (more) »
