A number of USA network shows are reportedly facing the threat of cancellation. Political Animals starring Sigourney Weaver attracted an average of 2.1m viewers across its first season, with the show's fate still "unclear" according to Deadline. Meanwhile, cop comedy-drama Common Law is expected to be cancelled, with showrunner Craig Sweeny having joined CBS Sherlock Holmes series Elementary. Fairly Legal - starring Sarah Shahi as a glamorous legal mediator - and Necessary Roughnes with Callie Thorne are both said to have a "50/50" chance of being axed or renewed.
