A 24 ore dall'annuncio dell'avvio delle riprese di Una Notte da Leoni 3, ecco tutti i protagonisti pronti a rivestire i panni dei componenti del "wolfpack".

Il sequel riunisce Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis e Justin Bartha che ritornano rispettivamente nei panni di Phil, Stu, Alan e Doug. Tra i ritorni, anche Ken Jeong, Heather Graham, Jeffrey Tambor e, nei panni delle mogli dei protagonisti, Gillian Vigman, Sasha Barrese e Jamie Chung. Anche John Goodman si unisce al cast.
