L’accoglienza della stampa internazionale, come vi avevamo raccontato nei giorni scorsi, è stata un forte segnale di quello che sarebbe stato il verdetto della giuria di Venezia 69 presieduta da Michael Mann. E oggi, durante la cerimonia di chiusura della Mostra Internazionale d’Arte Cinematografica, è arrivata la gradita conferma: il Leone d’Oro al miglior film è andato a Pieta (leggi la recensione) di Kim Ki-duk. Il regista, che sul palco della Sala Grande ha ringraziato «tutti coloro che hanno contribuito alla realizzazione del film», ha voluto omaggiare i presenti cantando per loro dal vivo.
