Che fine hanno fatto i bambini sfuggiti alle sgrinfie di una strega cannibale? Sono cresciuti, si sono fatti le ossa e ora… cacciano le streghe! Jeremy Renner e Gemma Arterton interpretano così i due protagonisti di Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, adattamento cinematografico hollywoodiano della celebre fiba dei fratelli Grimm. Il film si colloca nel filone dello steampunk, sulla scia di Van Helsing (2004), ambientato nel 19esimo secolo e pieno zeppo di armi ultra-tecnologiche. Creature mostruose, atmosfere dark, sparatorie e azione a non finire sono gli elementi che caratterizzano questa pellicola.
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters esordirà nelle nostre sale (anche in 3D) il 28 febbraio 2013.
