Warner Bros Pictures y Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures han anunciado que el último largometraje de la trilogía de Peter Jackson, adaptación de la siempre popular obra maestra de J. R. R. Tolkien El Hobbit, se estrenará en los cines de todo el mundo el próximo 18 de julio de 2014 bajo el título “The Hobbit: There and Back Again”. Las tres películas que conforman la trilogía han sido producidas por New Line Cinema y Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures.
Los estudios también han anunciado el título de la segunda parte de la saga: “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug”, que se presentará en los cines el 13 de diciembre del próximo año.
