Henry Winkler is returning to "Arrested Development." The "Happy Days" star has signed on for multiple episodes of the upcoming fourth season of the series, a source familiar with the production told TheWrap. Winkler will once again play Barry Zuckerkorn, the incompetent attorney to the Bluth family.
