La terza stagione di The Walking Dead, che arriverà in tv questo ottobre, non deluderà di certo i fans più accaniti del fumetto di Robert Kirkman e delle precedenti stagioni. Non solo ci saranno nuovi volti e luoghi attesi da visitare, ma anche ritorni attesissimi: tra questi, ovviamente, quello di Merle Dixon...Nella terza stagione di The Walking Dead tornerà Merle Dixon, interpretato da Michael Rooker, il fratello di Daryl (Norman Reedus); Merle, che ora farà parte del team del Governatore. L'ultima volta che gli spettatori hanno potuto vedere Merle è stato nella prima stagione quando decise di tagliarsi la mano per fuggire dagli zombie ad Atlanta; dopodiché ha avuto una piccola apparizione nella seconda stagione in una sequenza "onirica". "Penso che saranno felici di rivedersi" spiega Reedus "Ma Merle sarà sicuramente più incavolato dell'altro". Rooker ha commentato in modo ironico "Io sono sempre incavolato!". La nuova stagione andrà in onda da ottobre. »
