"Doctor Who" will land his Tardis for another season of time-bending adventures on BBC America at 9 p.m. Sept. 1, the network said Thursday. The upcoming season, which again stars Matt Smith as the titular Doctor, promises a diverse grab-bag of adventures, as the Doctor and his cohorts Amy and Rory (aka, the Ponds) save a spaceship full of dinosaurs, explore the Wild West and grapple with an unexpected invasion of Earth (which is so much less convenient than an expected invasion of Earth).
