Según la página web deadline, Universal Pictures habría comenzado las conversaciones para que el actor Jim Carrey se uniera al reparto de Kick-ass 2, cuyo rodaje tiene previsto su inicio el próximo mes de septiembre.
Jim Carrey, según los datos, podría interpretar a The Colonel Stars, que ayudaría a fundamentar el origen del grupo "Forever Justice", uniendo a los héroes en su lucha contra los malvados villanos.
