Dopo molte apparizioni di lusso, spesso premiate, come in Scrubs, The Good Wife e Curb Your Enthusiasm, Michael J. Fox tornerà da protagonista secondo quanto rivela Deadline. Uno degli attori più amati di Hollywood sarà l’interprete principale di una serie ancora senza titolo che NBC ha acquistato per un’intera stagione di 22 episodi che partirà dall’autunno 2013.
La comedy a singola camera, creata da Will Gluck (Amici di letto) e Sam Laybourne (Cougar Town), vede Fox in veste in pratica di se stesso, ossia un padre di 3 figli alle prese con famiglia, carriera e morbo di Parkinson, ossia il male che affligge l’attore da molti anni. NBC – che accoglie l’attore 30 anni dopo Casa Keaton che lo lanciò – si è assicurata la serie contro le altre 3 grandi reti generaliste (ABC, CBS e Fox) grazie a un accordo senza precedenti che vede un ordine intero anche senza pilot visionato »
