Quando è stato annunciato il rinvio di circa sei mesi dell’uscita cinematografica de Il Grande Gatsby di Baz Luhrmann, la Warner Bros non aveva spiegato le motivazioni dietro a questa scelta. Ma in questi giorni sono state fornite delle nuove informazioni sulla vicenda, riguardanti sia la colonna sonora che il budget del film.
Mercoledì scorso Vulture, durante il party organizzato dalla Samsung ‘Meet the New Way’, ha avuto la possibilità di chiedere spiegazioni al regista sui veri motivi del rinvio. Luhrmann non si è molto sbottonato e con un sorriso ha dichiarato:
“Vi dirò questo, sono molto contento al solo lavorarci. Sono contentissimo”.
Il regista ha poi aggiunto che sta ancora lavorando alla musica del film.
“Al momento sto lavorando alla musica. Potete immaginare quanto sia coinvolto solamente con la musica”.
Come nelle sue passate produzioni in costume, Luhrmann userà delle canzoni contemporanee come No Church in the Wild »
