Michael J. Fox is plotting a full-time return to TV — and every network wants him!

The Family Ties icon and occasional Good Wife lawyer has teamed with writer Sam Laybourne (Cougar Town) and director Will Gluck (Easy A) on a single-camera comedy — in which he would star — and the four major networks (Fox, NBC, ABC and CBS) are eager to land the project.

Details surrounding the series — which is being developed by Sony Pictures Television for a 2013 launch — are scarce, but Vulture (which first reported the news) has confirmed that it will be inspired by Fox’s own life.
