5 agosto 1962: Marilyn Monroe si spegneva a Los Angeles. Sono passati esattamente cinquant'anni, noi la ricordiamo così...
Buona parte dei quotidiani e delle riviste online ne ha parlato venerdì, forse pensando che nel weekend nessuno avrebbe prestato attenzione. Marilyn Monroe si spegneva cinquant'anni fa come oggi, il 5 agosto 1962, nella sua casa a Brentwood, imbottita di barbiturici: un "probabile suicidio". Aveva 36 anni.
Sono passati cinquant'anni e oggi anche le nuove generazioni la riconoscono e la ricordano grazie ai suoi film, alla sua aura da icona, al suo mito.
