Come sarà l’interpretazione della giovane star Chloe Moretz nel remake di Carrie – Lo sguardo di Satana diretto da Kim Pierce? A quanto pare molto buona. Questo a giudicare dalle dichiarazioni di un’altra attrice presente nel cast, Judy Greer (Cursed, Californication), che durante un’intervista per E! ha detto:
“La performance di Chloe mi ha letteralmente fatto commuovere sul set. Mi ha fatto piangere perché ho trovata la sua interpretazione incredibilmente toccante. Provo molta compassione per lei.”
La Greer, che nel film interpreta il ruolo di Mrs. Desjardin, ha poi aggiunto che la famosa scena del ballo verrà girata molto presto, nel giro di una settimana.
Il film, scritto da Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa e diretto da Kim Pierce, sarà in parte girato come un found-footage (lo stile usato da pellicole come Blair Witch Project, Paranormal Activity e [Rec], tanto per intenderci). Nel cast ci sarà anche Julianne Moore, che interpreterà la madre di Carrie. »
