Abbandonati i panni televisivi del Dr.House, Hugh Laurie arriva sul grande schermo tenendo fede alla sua predilezione per i personaggi politicamente sconvenienti. In The Oranges, di cui oggi vi mostriamo il primo trailer, interpreta David Walling, padre di famiglia in crisi coniugale che perde la testa – ricambiato – per Nina, l’esuberante figlia ventenne dei vicini di casa (Leighton Meester). Vicini, se non bastasse, che sono pure i suoi migliori amici.
Nel cast del film, diretto da Julian Farino, anche Catherine Keener, Oliver Platt, Allison Janney, Alia Shawkat ed Adam Brody. Il film uscirà il 5 ottobre negli Stati Uniti, mentre arriverà in Italia, distribuito da M2 Pictures, entro la fine dell’anno.
