Killer Joe Roundtable Interview with Stars Matthew McConaughey and Emile Hirsch

This Friday, July 27th, filmmaker William Friedkin's latest project, Killer Joe, is set to hit limited theaters with a gleeful reckless abandon as the cast and crew brazenly celebrate the film's controversial material almost as much as the Nc-17 the flick was slapped with.

The darkly comedic tale of murder set in an East Texas trailer park stars Matthew McConaughey as "Killer Joe," a charming and volatile hitman who is hired by a dim-witted drug dealer named Chris (Emile Hirsch) and his even more dim-witted father, Ansel (Thomas Haden Church), to kill Chris' mother (and Ansel's first wife) so that Chris' younger sister, Dottie (Juno Temple), can collect the inheritance, which they'll split amongst themselves as well as Ansel's current wife, Sharla (Gina Gershon).
