Da quel che riporta Variety, Emile Hirsch sarebbe in trattative per entrare nel cast di Lone Survivor: il film diretto da Peter Berg (già regista di Battleship) che porta sul grande schermo omonimo romanzo autobiografico di Marcus Lutrell. Ossia la storia (vera) della missione Redwing dove i Navy Seals sono rimasti vittime dell’agguato per mano dei talebani in Afghanistan nel 2005: Lutrell è stato l’unico sopravvissuto e ha raccontato la sua tragica vicenda in questo libro.
