L'attrice di Pulp Fiction è stata scritturata in Catching Fire (La ragazza di fuoco), il sequel di Hunger Games che sarà diretto da Francis Lawrence. Ecco chi interpreterà…
Amanda Plummer (La leggenda del re pescatore, Pulp Fiction - in cui interpretava l'indimenticabile rapinatrice Coniglietta) è stata scritturata nel sequel di Hunger Games, Catching Fire (La ragazza di fuoco).
Interpreterà il personaggio di Wiress, una donna di mezz'età selezionata per partecipare alla 75ma edizione degli Hunger Games: il Quarter Quell, un'edizione "giubilare" che si tiene ogni venticinque anni con regole ancor più crudeli.
Diretto da Francis Lawrence, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire è attualmente in pre-produzione: le riprese inizieranno in autunno.
Scritto da Simon Beaufoy e Michael Arndt, l'adattamento del romanzo di Suzanne Collins vedrà tornare nel cast Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Lenny Kravitz, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Donald Sutherland, Toby Jones e Woody Harrelson.
