Tulisa Contostavlos is reportedly planning to sue former Spice Girls manager Chris Herbert. The X Factor judge is said to have named Herbert as a defendant in her ongoing legal action against those involved with leaking her sex tape with ex-boyfriend Mc Ultra. Herbert has been accused of trying to make up to £4 million with his accomplices by selling the tape online, reports The Sun. Herbert has since been axed from The X Factor following the claims, after he was signed up as a consultant by musical director Simon Gavin. A source at Simon Cowell's firm Syco told the paper that Cowell "was not aware of this legal issue" and that he had not worked with Herbert "for a number of years".
