C’est hier, dans le cadre du Comic-Con 2012 que les studios Disney ont dévoilé, en grande première, lors de la conférence portant sur Oz the Great and Powerful la première bande-annonce du film. Ce long-métrage, réalisé par Sam Raimi (Spider-man 1, 2 et 3), compte parmi sa distribution James Franco, Mila Kunis, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz et Zach Braff.
Oz the Great and Powerful est en fait la préquelle ou si vous préférez l’antiépisode du film Le magicien d'Oz sorti en 1939. James Franco y incarne L. Frank Baum, le Magicien d'Oz. Son personnage devra confronter les trois sorcières portant les noms de Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz) et Glinda (Michelle Williams). »
