Sguardo enigmatico, look impeccabile e una lunga ed elegante pipa: sono queste le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono Leonardo DiCaprio in questa nuova foto di Django Unchained. Nell’ultimo film di Quentin Tarantino, l’attore interpreterà il latifondista senza scrupoli Calvin Candie, che abbiamo già potuto vedere in azione nel primo trailer del film.
Ambientato nel Sud due anni prima della Guerra Civile, il film vede come protagonista il premio Oscar Jamie Foxx nei panni di Django, uno schiavo che viene liberato dal cacciatore di taglie Dr. King Schultz (premio Oscar Christoph Waltz). Schultz è sulle tracce dei fratelli Brittle e ha bisogno dell’aiuto di Django per poterli catturare. Questi, infatti, hanno rapito la moglie di Django e l’hanno venduta a un potente uomo d’affari (Leonardo DiCaprio).
