Das Filmfest München (29. Juni bis 7. Juli) ehrt den dänischen Regisseur Nicolas Winding Refn mit einer Hommage, der mit Anfang 40 auch als Drehbuchautor bereits auf eine erstaunliche Karriere zurückblicken kann. Mit 24 drehte er seinen ersten langen Spielfilm "Pusher", der zum Kultfilm avancierte. Im vergangenen Jahr etablierte er sich mit "Drive" als Regisseur, der dem Hollywood-Actionfilm neue Wege aufzeigt. »
