In occasione del trentennale di E.T. - L'Extraterrestre ripercorriamo la storia del sequel mai nato della seminale pellicola di Steven Spielberg...
L'estate del 1982 viene ricordata, negli Stati Uniti, come la "Best Summer Movie Ever" (la miglior estate cinematografica di sempre).
Non è un caso che l'Alamo Drafthouse abbia già iniziato a omaggiare le varie pellicole uscite all'epoca attraverso degli speciali screening e tramite la realizzazione, da parte della Mondo, di una serie di poster celebrativi (ve ne abbiamo parlato qua e qua).
In quei mesi sono usciti nei cinema statunitensi film come La Cosa, Poltergeist, The Road Warrior, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Tron, Conan Il Barbaro e il leggendario E.T. - L'Extraterrestre che, l'11 giugno di trent'anni fa, veniva proiettato per la prima volta nei cinema nordamericani.
Piuttosto che festeggiare questa ricorrenza con un omaggio al film, atto in un certo senso dovuto, ma abbastanza banale, »
