In occasione della serata di premiazione dei Tony Awards, gli Oscar del teatro americano, che si è tenuta qualche giorno fa al Beacon Theatre di New York, un’inviata del Wall Street Journal ha avito modo di chiacchierare un po’ con Amanda Seyfried e di farsi raccontare com’è stata la sua esperienza sul set de Les Miserables, l’adattamento cinematografico del grande musical di Braodway che è diretto da Tom Hooper (premio Oscar per Il Discorso del Re).
Nella pellicola, che è basata sul musical a sua volta tratto dal noto romanzo di Victor Hugo, Amanda Seyfried veste i panni di Cosette, la figlia del personaggio interpretato da Anne Hathaway (Fantine) che viene presa sotto l’ala protettiva di Hugh Jackman alias Jean Valjean. Nel cast ci sono anche Russell Crowe nei panni dell’ispettore Javert, Sacha Baron Cohen e Helena Bonham Carter(Mister e Mrs Thenardier) ed Eddie Redmayne »
