Da Variety arriva la notizia che Arash Amel consegnerà una nuova bozza per il progetto di "Methusaleh" (Matusalemme). La bozza originale, scritta dal regista Watkins ("The Woman in Black") seguiva le vicende dell’uomo millenario che nel corso della sua lunga vita aveva sviluppato una serie estesa di tecniche di sopravvivenza. Il film sarà del genere avventura/azione e verrà prodotto da David Heyman del franchise di "Harry Potter". Ma prima di iniziare il lavoro per la consegna finale della sceneggiatura, Amel dovrebbe consegnare la sceneggiatura per il seguito di "Io sono leggenda", "Io sono leggenda 2", che verrà prodotto da Akiva Goldsman, Will Smith e la Overbrook Entertainment di James Lassiter. »
