A Warner Bros. está a pensar cancelar a sequela de "Green Lantern" e avançar com um reboot sem Ryan Reynolds. O estúdio ficou extremamente insatisfeito com os resultados comerciais de "Green Lantern", mas ainda acredita que o herói tem potencial para render um boa e rentável saga cinematográfica. A Variety revela que Michael Goldenberg já escreveu o argumento desta sequela, mas ainda não foi contactado para o entregar ao estudio que continua a avaliar as suas hipótese e só tomará uma decisão definitiva após a estreia de "The Dark Knight Rises". »
