There are two kinds of reality shows -- salacious and sophisticated. The former has no qualms about showing you the contents of its drunk subjects' stomachs, while the latter aims to show you the contents of a subject's soul. Breaking Pointe most definitely belongs to the latter group.

Starting tonight, The CW takes you inside the rehearsal rooms of Salt Lake City's Ballet West -- one of the country's premiere ballet companies -- as they begin promoting (and demoting) dancers through the nerve-wracking Contracts process.
