Presentato senza infamia e senza lode all’ultimo Festival di Cannes giusto qualche giorno fa, ecco che oggi sono state diffuse due nuove clip di Lawless, la pellicola diretta da John Hillcoat (già regista di The Road) con protagonisti Shia Labeouf , Tom Hardy e Jason Clarke nei panni di tre contrabbandieri che agiscono nella clandestinità. Il film è infatti basato sul libro The Wettest County in the World di Matt Bondurant e romanza la storia vera dei nonni di Bondurant raccontando di una gang di teppisti che trasportavano liquori durante il periodo del proibizionismo in Virginia. La sceneggiatura è firmata dal noto cantante australiano Nick Cave che aveva già lavorato agli script di Ghost…of the Civil Dead (1988) e The Proposition (2005) e che ha curato anche le musiche del film.
A completare il cast del film troviamo Jessica Chastain e Mia Wasikowska. Lawless uscirà nelle sale americane il 31 agosto. Se »
