Dopo The Tree of Life, il regista Terrence Malick ha progettato tre nuovi film, il primo è una storia d’amore intitolata The Burial, mentre gli altri due, al momento in pre-produzione sono (l’ex) Lawless con Christian Bale, Haley Bennett, Ryan Gosling, Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Natalie Portman e Knight of Cups, sempre con Christian Bale, affiancato da Cate Blanchett e Isabel Lucas.
Poche le informazioni in nostro possesso riguardanti le tre pellicole. Nel frattempo è stato svelato che The Burial, interpretato da Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams, Olga Kurylenko, Javier Bardem, Rachel Weisz, Barry Pepper, Michael Sheen, Amanda Peet, e Jessica Chastain, ha cambiato titolo, e da ora in poi si chiamerà To the Wonder.
