Il piccolo network americano The CW ha annunciato ben cinque nuove serie tv che andranno in onda nella prossima stagione. La prima è The Carrie Diaries, il prequel di Sex and the City scritto da Josh Schwartz e già annunciato tempo fa, che sarà ambientato negli anni '80, e il thriller intitolato Cult con protagonista un detective che indaga sulla scomparsa di suo fratello, avvenuta per l'ossessione di quest'ultimo per un programma televisivo che sembra sortire lo stesso effetto su molte altre persone. Poi c'è Arrow, anche questo già annunciato dal canale, che racconta di Green Arrow, con il protagonista che ritorna dopo aver passato cinque anni su un'isola e che si ritrova con dei poteri, che userà per fare del bene.Beauty and the Beast è invece il remake della serie anni '80 con protagonisti una detective e un ex soldato dotato di grande forza e costretto a vivere isolato dalla società. »
