Spunta da The Hollywood Reporter un articolo che calcola una stima dei compensi ricevuti dai vari membri del cast di The Avengers per le loro interpretazioni e udite udite, Robert Downey jr sembra essere la vera star incontrastata.
Secondo fonti interne di THR il protagonista di Iron Man e The Avengers, Robert Downey jr, dovrebbe intascare tra compensi, bonus e merchandise una cifra pari a 50 milioni di dollari per il solo film di The Avengers.
