NBC announced that it has picked up the new drama "Infamous" for mid-season, which will apparently give the network enough time to recast a principal role. Actor Neil Jackson will be replaced by the time the series debuts in the middle of the 2012-13 TV season, Deadline reported.Meagan Good stars in "Infamous" as a detective who returns to the wealthy and troubled family she grew up in, going undercover as the maid's daughter to solve the murder of an heiress who was once her closest friend. The show is described as a "Revenge"-type primetime soap. Victor Garber, Tate Donovan, and Ella Rae Peck also star.The role that is being recast is a handsome, bad-boy womanizer and the brother of the murdered heiress. Jackson played the part in the pilot, which was then titled "Notorious."Casting directors Julie Tucker and Ross Meyerson cast the pilot. Tucker and Meyerson's previous television credits include. »
