Sembrava essere la favorita per interpretare la sexy scienziata antagonista di Tony Stark nel terzo capitolo sull’eroe corazzato, ma invece Jessica Chastain non farà parte del nuovo Iron Man 3.
Ed è stata proprio l’attrice, attraverso la sua pagina facebook, a rilasciare un comunicato a tutti i suoi fan: «Mi dispiace dire che non sarò in Iron Man 3. La mia agenda è ricca di impegni e non riesco ad aggiungere nient’altro. La stampa ha annunciato il mio coinvolgimento troppo presto. So che molti di voi mi volevano nel film e sono davvero dispiaciuta di deludervi. Spero comunque ci possa essere un altro film Marvel nel mio futuro. Shane Black e tutto il team di Iron Man 3 sono stati meravigliosi e non vedo l’ora di vedere il film quando uscirà».
