Pixar made history at the CinemaCon 2012 conference in Las Vegas when it announced its first Latino animated film, a movie based on the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos set to be in theaters in 2015. Pixar and Disney shared little details about the story behind Dia de los Muertos but did confirm that Toy Story 3 director Lee Unkrich will direct with Darla K. Anderson producing. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Pixar exec John Lasseter took to the stage at The Colosseum at Caesars to present footage from the upcoming 3D re-release of Finding Nemo. »
