Fast National ratings for Friday, April 13, 2012

Even without their typical Friday night line-up, CBS had little difficulty winning the ratings battle. The network was led by the two-hour music special "Acm Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends" which topped out at 8.2 million viewers (5.3/9) during the 10 p.m. - 11 p.m. hour.

Overall, CBS averaged 7.4 million viewers with a 4.8 rating/8 share. ABC came in second with 5.2 million viewers (3.5/6). NBC finished third with 4.8 million (3.3/6). Fox was in fourth place (3.1 million, 2.0/3) and The CW came in last (941,000, 0.6/1).

CBS and ABC tied for the adults 18-49 demographic with a 1.5 rating, followed NBC (1.2), Fox (each with 0.9) and The CW (0.3).
