It's definitely slim pickings on DVD and Blu-ray this week with even fewer new releases than usual, but at least there's a power trio of family films that includes Steven Spielberg's War Horse, Cameron Crowe's We Bought a Zoo and the acclaimed documentary Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey. Beyond that we've also got Paddy Considine's bleak directorial debut Tyrannosaur and the first season of Chris Elliott's Adult Swim series Eagleheart, which I have heard good things about. As for Blu-ray, it's all about Roman Polanski's Chinatown and Madonna: Truth or Dare, a movie that remains to this day one of the highest grossing documentaries of all time.
