Did you feel that director Alexander Payne’s 2011 claptrap “The Descendants” was way too over-hyped? Did you walk away from the film feeling depressed and a little manipulated? If so, you’re not the only one. Thankfully, I may have the solution. Enter “Eternal Blood” director Jorge Olguín’s horror opus “Descendents”, a movie that seems to draw heavily from Danny Boyle’s classic “28 Days Later”. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you, though it has been done to death at this point. Still, considering the flick was put together on a miniscule budget, I don’t think it looks that bad.
