Say what you will about Brett Ratner as a filmmaker, but he’s always looking for the next big thing. Whether it’s producing a remake of the weirdest holiday themed slasher film, Mother’s Day or  the latest installment in the (insert exotic city name here),I Love You, Ratner is always on the look out for a great project. A few months ago, he convinced Relativity to pick up the Sundance documentary, Catfish and now you can add the sci-fi thriller, Skyline to the list. What’s Skyline? Find out after the jump.

Deadline is reporting that Relativity has acquired Skyline and are currently working on a domestic distribution deal. The film directed by The Brothers Strause (Aliens V.
