'It's told through the guy's perspective,' star Channing Tatum tells MTV News.

"The Vow" has all the ingredients for the perfect Valentine's Day movie: love, heartbreak, tragedy and a lot of tears. It also doesn't hurt that the film's stars, Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams, both have romantic movies on their resumes with "Dear John" and "The Notebook."

"The Vow," which premieres Friday (February 10) and is loosely based on a true story, finds Tatum's character, Leo, struggling to win back his wife, Paige (McAdams), after a tragic accident erases her memory. For all girls out there, this sounds like an ideal date-night flick, but according to Tatum, it's something the men can relate to as well.
