Socialite Candy Spelling is selling her massive Los Angeles mega-mansion for $150 million (GBP93.75 million).
The Beverly Hills property is one of only five home in America on the market for over $100 million (GBP62.5 million) - and it's the most expensive home for sale in the world.
The widow of TV mogul Aaron Spelling says she's selling up because the mansion, built in 1991, is "too big" for her.
The Holmby Hills estate, known as The Manor, is 56,500 sq ft (5,249 square meters), with a 17,000 sq ft (1,579.4 square meters) attic not accounted for in the sale plans.
Reports suggest the Spelling estate has 100 rooms.
Spelling tells U.S. TV network MSNBC, "As we get older, you know, it's a lot to walk."
