Funnyman Zach Braff was given some unusual fitness tips when he joined a gym and ran into former bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, who told the actor he needed to "eat a lot of carrots".
The Scrubs star decided he wanted to improve his body so he signed up to a gym in California, but he was left stunned when The Terminator legend arrived and offered him advice.
He tells BBC Breakfast, "I decided to start working out and getting fit and (during my first workout) Arnold Schwarzenegger happened to be taking a tour of the gym.
"He came up to me and said, 'What's your workout goal?' I panicked and said I wanted to look like Brad Pitt in (1999 movie) Fight Club... He said, 'You need to eat a lot of carrots.' So I ran home and ate a lot of carrots, but I still don't look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club."
