Il famoso romanziere Bret Easton Ellis, autore di American Psycho, sta scrivendo insieme al regista e sceneggiatore Paul Schrader (Taxi Driver, American Gigolo) un thriller chiamato Bait, in cui l’impiegato di un albergo di lusso, dopo essere stato umiliato dai ricchi clienti, li conduce in mare per darli in pasto agli squali. Evidentemente, Ellis e Schrader si trovano molto bene a lavorare insieme, perché il primo ha comunicato sulla sua pagina Twitter che i due stanno anche sviluppando un altro film, un noir ambientato a Los Angeles, che avrà come protagonista un pornodivo.
